E - ENVIRONMENT
We have committed to reducing our CO2 emissions by 2030. Therefore, every year we produce an environmental report that assesses our impact on the environment as a manufacturing company.
A sustainable business doesn't just focus on green initiatives and environmental considerations. We also work intensively on all aspects of corporate social responsibility and internal employee relations.
The goal is to be a credible and high-quality business partner and, not least, an attractive workplace. Therefore, we constantly monitor the company to ensure strong and stable development.
Our path to sustainability has roots in everyday life
Our contribution and dedication to a collective CO2 reduction occur by saving and optimizing our resources in everyday life.
Therefore, we have also committed to a Science Based Target goal to reduce emissions by 42% or 1.5º by 2030.
We produce annual reports on our consumption and results, recorded in the Climate Compass and validated by institutions like Green Network. These reports encompass Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
To achieve our goal of becoming a sustainable company, we have implemented several initiatives to reduce resource consumption:
Heat pumps and heat from machinery reduce consumption for production and heating purposes.
Our electricity consumption is green through certified purchases of renewable energy.
Washing processes with recyclable alcohol minimize water consumption.
