Visting our new colleagues in Svejstrup

A tour and plenty of great conversations

The day began with a tour of the factory in Svejstrup, giving us valuable insight into the daily operations, production, and the many exciting projects being carried out there.

“You can immediately feel that the colleagues in Svejstrup are truly passionate about what they do – and that they’re open, welcoming, and appreciative,” says Production Manager Flemming Tranberg.

“Those are some big machines!”

In Svejstrup, a wide range of large components are produced – which, of course, requires some very large machines.

Jonna Frahm, who works with internal sales, was among those impressed by the scale of production:

“It’s one thing to hear Jan say there are some big machines in Svejstrup – but it’s something else entirely to see them in real life,” she said with a smile.

Collaboration across sites

After the visit, one thing became especially clear – there’s a lot we can learn from each other.

“We had some great discussions about everything from software and processes to ways of collaborating – and, most importantly, about how we can use each other’s experience to build an even stronger organisation,” says Flemming.

A day of good spirits

The visit wasn’t just about professional insights – it was also filled with good spirits and great conversations over a grilled sausage.

A big thank you to our colleagues in Svejstrup for the warm welcome!

This Friday, we’ll all meet again – this time to celebrate the topping-out ceremony for our new production hall in Ølgod.
